The Web Developer, under the supervision of the Technology Manager, will assist with the development and maintain web sites for University 101 Programs and the National Resource Center for The First-Year Experience and Students in Transition. Duties of this position include assisting the Technology Manager with planning site design and functionality. Assist with the developing of site navigation by categorizing content; developing site content by collaborating with program coordinators; converting raw images and layouts created by graphic designers into CSS/HTML themes.
A3 communications is in need of an intern to work in the networking engineering dept. This intern will work on wireless networking infrastructure at multiple projects during the summer.

Our client is looking for a passionate, self-motivated software test engineer to handle all aspects of testing (functional, performance, load, security, etc) across a large multiplatform environment. This individual will be partnering with various teams (product, engineering, and quality) by assisting with the development of processes and tools that allow the organization to excel in its continuous software development initiatives.
Summer 2016, 10-20 hours/week
Under the guidance of the USC Research Cyberinfrastructure (RCI) group, this position will profile, parallelize, and optimize source code for science and engineering simulation applications. Requires basic knowledge of C, Fortran, OpenMP and MPI and familiarity with Intel Parallel Studio software development environment.
Summer 2016, 20 hours/week
Under the guidance of the School of Business management department faculty and the USC Research Cyberinfrastructure (RCI) group, this position will develop, test, maintain, deploy, and analyze the results of a team computer simulation built from the open source game Empty Epsilon. Empty Epsilon is a networked computer based “Star Trek” style bridge simulator. This position will take the existing open source game Empty Epsilon and develop the additional code to track the performance of each player; the developed solution will need to be fully tested. In support of laboratory simulations this position will deploy and maintain the software to ensure it is ready for each session and the results are being measured and gathered correctly. After the completion of the lab experiments, this position will gather and summarize the simulation results and may be asked to proctor the lab during computer simulations.
