Volunteers Needed for Family Code Night in Lexington

We are hosting a Family Code Night at Lexington Technology Center on December 5 from 6 to 8pm. We have over 700 people registered to attend.

We plan to have a variety of stations for families to float around and interact with robots and coding programs. We will also have workshops and sessions taught in classrooms.

LEGO Education, Apple, Code.org, EdVenture Children's Museum and other community sponsors will be hosting workshops. You can learn more about our plans for the event here

We are looking for volunteers for this event. Both content experts to help with various stations and workshops, as well as volunteers to help with logistics.

What: Family Code Night

Volunteers will assist with setup for the event, greeting and checking in families, passing out maps/handouts, ushering and other logistics of the event. Volunteers with coding and robotics experience are also need to assist with workshops.
