I am the CEO of VidiStar, LLC. VidiStar, LLC is a Greenville-based company which has developed a patented (8,200,505), web-based PACS and DICOM reporting solution, that enables improved patient diagnosis by providing a wide range of clinicians with instant access to superior high-quality images and data. VidiStar is also an SCLaunch Portfolio Company (2008 & 2010).
We are seeking a qualified, entry-level support specialist to support VidiStar’s customers with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
Qualifications include:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Good interpersonal relations skills
- Competency with Microsoft operating systems including Windows 7 and 8
- Attention to detail and good technical writing skills
- Experience with Internet Explorer and other browsers
- Linux familiarity is a plus
