Software Developers and Customer Support Engineers at Local Company (Unitrends)

Unitrends is looking for insanely great C and C++ software developers – from new graduates to senior technical leaders. Not average, not good, but great. People who love to write software. People who get up each morning looking forward to solving problems faster and better than other people. People who have a passion for great design and for radical simplification of complex issues through elegant coding. People who realize that no quality assurance group in the world ever created high quality software – instead, it’s the software developer’s responsibility to make sure it works and works well. People who get absolutely thrilled when they don’t just meet customer’s expectations but surprise and delight customers with software that meets not just anticipated but unanticipated but very real needs.

Want to do virtualization? We got it. Want to work on concurrency? We got it. Cloud computing? Yep. Deduplication and replication? Absolutely. Want to work on advanced algorithmic issues that make the latest multi-core $1000+ processors from Intel run screaming in horror away before you bend that kind of power to your will? We got it. Want to work in Linux, Windows, and a bunch of other operating systems? We absolutely got it.

In fact, the only thing “we don’t got” are enough truly wonderful software developers. That’s where you come in. We’d love to talk to you if you fit the bill.

Depending on talent and experience, our salaries range from $45K to $120K, we have competitive benefits packages, and you’ll be joining a company that’s experiencing rapid growth through innovative and customer-centered products. If you love software, it will be the best thing you’ve ever done.
