Toastmasters International, a group that helps men and women learn the arts of speaking, listening and thinking, vital skills that promote self-actualization, enhance leadership potential, foster human understanding, and contribute to the betterment of mankind.



Approximately 8,800 Toastmasters clubs and 175,000 members exist in the United States, Canada and 69 countries.



At meetings, members deliver short prepared speeches and the club offers supportive feedback. Additionally, attendees are invited to participate in "Table Topics" where people talk briefly about a variety of topics.
