Why participate? “Publicly available” information is often the most difficult data to access, although it includes things we want, need, and have a right to know. Learn what these things are and feel the power of knowing how to find and use this information. Hang out with other cool people who want to improve their communities. Actually do something to help in just 30 hours. Oh yeah, and did we mention there’ll be food, drinks, and live music?

Come and help Free the Data! from government clutches (well, databases).
