Short Biography

My name is Ishtiaq Rouf. Not a hard name to pronouce if you slow down and say each syllable at a time: "ish-tee-ock row-uff". Friends call me "Ishti" back home. Most people around me prefer "Ish". I've had someone call me just "I" too.

I am a native of the People's Republic of Bangladesh currently pursuing higher education in the US. I completed a BS in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 2007. I followed that up with an MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2009. Immediately afterwards, I joined the University of South Carolina to pursue an MS in Computer Engineering.
