Paper Submission Guidelines

Authors should send one copy of their paper in either PDF or Postscript file format, with maximum 8 pages including figures, tables, and references, via email to yuwang@eng.auburn.edu. Paper submissions should be formatted according to the IEEE standard double-column format with a font size 10 pt or larger. Submissions should represent original, substantive research results. All submissions will be carefully reviewed.
