Objectives:
Produce the optimal alignment of the following two sequences using
BLOSUM50 substitution matrices.
Sequence 1: HEAGAWGHEE
Sequence 2: PAWHEAE
Details:
- Produce all alignments in case of possible traceback routes
- Please use the BLOSUM50 Matrix that is in the class slides
- Use a gap-openning and gap-extension penalty of -8
