In June 2005, a turtle decided to lay
eggs in the middle of the lawn. I believe she laid a total of 7 - 8 eggs.
Here are some photos of this event. Later that evening, we took her to Forest Lake, which is probably where she lives most of the time. I then enclosed the area where she deposited her eggs. And in April, 2006, the little guys emerged. |
