José M. Vidal
Associate Professor
Professor
Vidal's research interests are in the area
of multiagent systems. On the theoretical
side he is interested in developing systems
that coordinate and aggregate the actions of
large number of autonomous agents. This is
interdisciplinary work which straddles the
boundaries of economics, algorithmic game
theory, distributed algorithms, agent-based
modelling, and the social sciences. On the
practical side he is interested in the
development of web applications and web
services.
