About Me
Dr. Gang Quan (pronounced somewhat like "'gung 'tsuan") is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, University of South Carolina. He joined the department from January 2002. He received his Ph.D from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA, M.S. from the Institute of Remote Sensing and Applications, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, and B.S from the Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He worked in the Institute of Remote Sensing and Applications between 2/1994 to 7/1997.
