Workshop on

Information Assurance Education in South Carolina

This workshop is the kick-off event for promoting Information Assurance education within the state of South Carolina.  The aim of the workshop is to evaluate available resources and the demand for Information Education. The Department of Computer Science and Engineering has been regularly offering information assurance courses since 2000 and has established strong, federally funded research programs in IA. The Center for Information Assurance Engineering (CIAE) functions as a research and educational facility and provides a forum for CSE faculty and students.
